In the first week of July 2026, severe flooding caused extensive damage to life and property across the Banshkhali and Satkania areas of South Chittagong, Bangladesh. In response to the humanitarian crisis, Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama, Chittagong, Bangladesh organised a relief distribution programme for the affected population.
A total of 230 families were provided with essential relief materials. The distribution was carried out in two phases based on the composition of the beneficiary households:
