On behalf of Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai, the branch centre Ramakrishna Mission, Chengalpattu organised a Free Eye Camp on 26 April 2026 at Thirumani, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu.
A total of 79 patients (27 Male, 52 Female) were screened during the camp. Of these, 5 patients (4 Male, 1 Female) were identified as requiring surgical intervention and were admitted to an eye hospital in Chennai for cataract operations. Additionally, 38 patients (13 Male, 25 Female) were provided with free spectacles.
