A residential Sraddhā Camp — a Total Personality Development programme for junior college students — was organised by the Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence (VIHE), Ramakrishna Math, Hyderabad, from 14 to 25 April 2026.
The camp, spanning twelve days, was conducted with the objective of fostering the holistic development of young students at the junior college level, in keeping with the educational ideals of Swami Vivekananda. The programme sought to nurture qualities of self-discipline, concentration, character formation, and spiritual awareness among the participants.
The camp was held within the premises of Ramakrishna Math, Hyderabad, which has long served as a centre of educational and spiritual activity in the region. VIHE, the educational wing of the Math, has been consistently engaged in conducting personality development and value-education programmes for youth across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Through a structured daily schedule comprising meditation, study sessions, group discussions, physical activities, and discourses on the teachings of Sri Ramakrishna, Sarada Devi, and Swami Vivekananda, participants were guided towards a deeper understanding of their own potential and responsibilities as future citizens.
The programme concluded on 25 April 2026.
