A Free Eye Camp was conducted by Ramakrishna Mission, Chengalpattu, on behalf of Ramakrishna Math, Chennai, on 4 October 2026 at Meyyur village in Thiruvallur district.
A total of 55 patients were screened at the camp. Of these, 9 patients were found to require cataract surgery and were admitted to an eye hospital in Chennai for the operation.
