A No Cost Breakfast initiative for students of Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College (Autonomous), run by Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapith, Chennai, commenced on Monday, 5 October 2026. The programme was inaugurated at 7:40 am on the College campus by Swami Satyajnanananda, Adhyaksha, Ramakrishna Math, Chennai. The breakfast is provided to students already enrolled in the College’s No Cost Noon Meal Scheme.
About the No Cost Noon Meal Scheme
The College has provided No Cost noon meals on all working days since 2004 to students from economically disadvantaged sections of society. The scheme was started by Swami Satyapriyananda.
