On February 19th, 2024, the inauguration of the new Monks’ quarters at the city centre of Ramanathapuram ashrama was inaugurated. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Swami Bodhasaranandaji Maharaj, Assistant General Secretary of Ramakrishna Math & Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math.
Approximately 150 parents, teachers, and students joined the auspicious occasion, followed by a heartwarming noon Prasad.
This new facility provides a convenient and comfortable accommodation option for Swamis and Brahmacharins visiting the city. It also offers them the opportunity to stay in Nagachi and receive Darshan of Lord Shiva at the revered Rameswaram temple whenever they are in South India.
