Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan, Kolkata, observed International Nurses’ Day on 12 May 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The occasion was celebrated to mark the Birth Anniversary of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing.
A series of cultural and academic programmes were organised as part of the celebration. Students and faculty members of the Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan School of Nursing and Ma Sarada College of Nursing presented a Panel Discussion, Group Dance, Solo Dance, Group Song, and Recitation. The Staff Nurses of the Pratishthan also participated in the programme with full enthusiasm.
The entire programme was conducted under the supervision of the Nursing Administration Department of Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan and continued for approximately three hours.
