Ramakrishna Mission, Sribhumi Ashrama, implemented the ‘Maternity and Child Welfare Services Project’ by organizing a medical camp at Laxmibazar Village, Assam, on 11th March 2026. Funded by the Infosys Foundation, the camp focused on providing specialized medical care and nutritional support to 22 mothers and 22 children.
Under the expert guidance of Dr. Atanubijoy Das, all beneficiaries received medical consultations and health guidance. To further support their well-being, nutritious food kits containing protein powder, Cerelac, pulses, and soya chunks were distributed to each participant, successfully achieving the project’s goal of improving maternal and child health.
