Medical Camp and Blood Donation Camp: Kalyani, February 2026

Ramakrishna Mission, Kalyani

On 22 February 2026, the Ramakrishna Mission, Kalyani, celebrated Seva Utsav at the Ashrama premises. The event was dedicated to community healthcare and selfless service, featuring a comprehensive range of medical services and a voluntary blood donation drive.

Healthcare Initiatives

The healthcare services were organized in association with AIIMS Kalyani and Dr. Lal Path Lab. The programme included:

  • Medical Consultations: Six doctors specializing in different fields provided health check-ups for the local community. Approximately 80 individuals availed themselves of these consultations.
  • Diagnostic Services: In collaboration with Dr. Lal Path Lab, blood investigations were conducted for 72 people.

Blood Donation Drive

As part of the noble cause, a blood donation camp was conducted, witnessing enthusiastic participation from the community:

  • A total of 64 donors contributed, including four Brahmacharins from the Ashrama.

Community Welfare

To ensure the comfort and well-being of all participants and donors, the Ashrama provided refreshments, including snacks and midday Prasad, to everyone involved in the programme. The Seva Utsav successfully fulfilled its objective of fostering health and community spirit through service.
