Ramakrishna Math, Konampatti, significantly expanded its health outreach during October and November 2025 by conducting a series of medical camps and a specialized eye camp.
1. General Medical Camps (October 26 – November 23, 2025)
The Centre organized five separate general medical camps within the specified period to provide basic health check-ups and treatment to the local community.
- Total Patients Served: 118 patients were checked and treated across the five camps.
2. Free Monthly Eye Camp (November 23, 2025)
In collaboration with Sankara Eye Hospital, the Konampatti Centre conducted a dedicated Free Monthly Eye Camp on November 23, 2025.
- Total Patients Screened: 72 patients underwent comprehensive eye screening.
- Surgical Referrals: 18 patients were identified and subsequently underwent cataract surgery.
- Spectacles Provided: 33 patients were chosen for spectacles as part of the post-screening support.
