The 36th National Youth Day was celebrated at Ramakrishna Math, Naora on 12th January 2020. The programme was started at 10 a.m. A big rally was arranged from Bodra Sarada Parsad School to Ramakrishna Math, Naora. About 1700 students, teachers and devotees attended the function.
Mr. Sougata Patra, Block Development Officer of Bhangar-I was the chief guest and delivered a nice speech on Swami Vivekananda. Md. Nasiruddin Molla, a scholar on Swamiji, Mrs. Kabita Naskar, secretary of Bodra Balika Vidyalaya and Mrs. Shriya
Bandyopadhyay, teacher of Naora Spoken English Department spoke on the
relevance of National Youth Day. Vote of thanks was given by Swami Paritiptananda, Ramakrishna Math, Naora. The students performed various cultural activities including lectures, recitation and devotional songs on Swamiji. All of them were served Tiffin and Lunch.
Each student received exercise copies ,pens, and booklets on Swamiji on this occasion, from the ashrama.
