Ramakrishna Math, Ghatshila, celebrated the National Youth Day and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav on 12 January 2022. A small programme was organised in the morning with 25 students of Gadadhar Abhudaya Prokalpa, guardians and three teachers. The programme started at 10-30 AM with offering flowers to Swami Vivekananda’s portrait followed by chanting of Vedic Mantras, recitation of Swadesh Mantra by the students. Students of class VII, VIII and IX delivered speeches on Swami Vivekananda’s life and message. The programme ended at 11-30 AM with National Anthem. Refreshments were distributed to all the participants along with a book on Swami Vivekananda.
