Ramakrishna Math, Thrissur, celebrated the National Youth Day and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav on 12 January 2022. Flower was offered at the statue of Swamiji in the school campus. The programme started with prayers to Swami Vivekananda, followed by speeches by youth speakers — Sreejith Panicker, Dr. Vineeth K and Vivek Ajith, all of whom delivered their speehces online. Among the dignitaries who spoke on Swami Vivekananda and his message are K. Jayakumar IAS, Former Chief Secretary, Lt. Col Sandeep C. (Commanding Officer 24 K Bn NCC), Sri Hareendran (Teacher, Sri Ramakrishna Gurukula Vidya Mandiram Higher Secondary School, Swami Sadbhavananda, Swami Nandatmajananda and Swami Virabhadrananda.
