To commemorate the 164th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda and National Youth Day, Ramakrishna Mission, Limbdi, organized a series of grand events on 12 January 2026.
- The Procession: The celebration began with a magnificent procession from the historic Tower Bungalow (Royal Palace) to the Mission premises. The parade featured beautifully decorated floats carrying portraits of Swami Vivekananda, accompanied by the stirring strains of patriotic songs and “Amar Bharat.”
- Participation: Despite the severe cold weather, the event saw enthusiastic participation from approximately 950 students representing all the schools across Limbdi City.
- Prize Distribution: The program concluded at the Ashrama with a prize distribution ceremony, honoring the winners of various competitions held in honor of the occasion.
