- Procession and Rally: The celebration featured a grand rally through Seppa town, complete with banners, placards, and music. A central feature of the procession was a human statue of Swami Vivekananda.
- Cultural Representation: Participants from all major local tribes accompanied the rally, dressed in their traditional attire.
- Dignitaries and Guests: The rally was officially flagged off by Sri R. Manjunath, IAS (Additional Deputy Commissioner). The event was held in the presence of Sri Kamdam Sikom, APPS (Superintendent of Police) and Sri Rahim Tajo (District Nyedar Nyamlo Chairman, East Kameng).
