In the wake of floods in some parts of Howrah district in October, Belgharia centre distributed 4100 kg rice flakes, 2050 kg pulses, 1025 kg soya chunks, 2050 kg gram, 2050 litres cooking oil, 4100 packets of biscuits, 410 kg milk powder, 4100 kg sugar, 2050 saris, 2050 lungis and 4100 bars of soap among 2050 families from 31 October to 9 January.
Rajkot centre distributed 600 kg rice, 600 kg wheat flour, 200 kg pulses, 200 litres cooking oil, 60 kg assorted spices, 200 kg salt, 50 kg tea powder, 200 kg sugar and 200 face masks among 200 families in Rajkot district on 31 January and 1 February. The centre also distributed 700 face masks and 25 litres hand sanitizer among the students in Jamnagar and Rajkot districts on 21 February.
Malliankaranai centre distributed 9600 kg rice, 192 kg pulses, 38 kg mustard seeds, 384 kg salt and 192 litres cooking oil among 384 families in Chengalpattu and Kanchipuram districts from 1 to 6 February.
Phoenix centre, along with its sub-centre in Johannesburg, distributed 1400 kg rice, 200 kg maize meal, 100 kg cereals, 1000 kg pulses, 1700 kg assorted vegetables, 75 kg noodles, 100 kg assorted spices, 100 kg salt, 750 litres cooking oil, 450 cans of tinned food, 30 kg soup powder, 20,000 tea bags, 200 litres milk, 200 kg sugar, 4606 breakfast cereal sachets, 980 packets of biscuits, 1200 loaves of bread, 400 matchboxes, 400 bars of soap, 200 tubes of toothpaste, 480 adult napkins and a wheelchair among 200 families in February. The centre also provided a litre of milk and a loaf of bread each to 20 families thrice a week, and cooking gas cylinders to 14 families.
A major fire broke out in the vicinity of our Habiganj centre on 15 February and burned down several houses. Habiganj centre extended a helping hand by distributing 50 kg rice, 10 kg pulses, 50 kg potatoes, 10 litres cooking oil, 10 kg salt, 10 mattresses, 10 blankets, 10 saris, 10 lungis and 10 sets of utensils (each set containing 2 cooking pots, a ladle, 2 plates, a glass and a water pot) among the 10 affected families on 17 February.

As part of the Cyclone Yaas (May 2021) rehabilitation project, Contai centre provided 6000 bricks, 100 bags of cement, 420 cubic feet sand, 50 cubic feet stone chips and 35 iron bars to a poor person at Ariakhali in Purba Medinipur district on 27 December to reconstruct his damaged house.
Ranchi Morabadi centre set up 12 drinking water plants in Ranchi district from November to February. Of these, ten plants are located in villages, one in a slum and one on the centre’s campus.
