Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai, organised a theme-based retreat programme on “Śreyas or Preyas” on Sunday, 7th September 2025. The half-day retreat commenced at 9:30 a.m. and concluded at 12:45 p.m.
The programme featured:
- Inspiring talks on the theme in both Tamil and English
- A guided meditation session
- An interactive Q&A session
Participants expressed that the retreat was an eye-opening experience, enabling them to better appreciate the importance of choosing wisely between Śreyas (the good) and Preyas (the pleasant).
A total of 238 devotees took part in the retreat, which concluded with the serving of lunch prasadam to all.
