Ramakrishna Mission, Khetri dedicated the second phase of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ to Swami Vivekananda and celebrated it as ‘Vivek Chintan Utsav’ on 4, 5, 6, and 12 August 2022. The ‘Vivek Chintan Utsav’ comprised of cultural competition programmes among the school children across the Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan on the topics of life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda, inspiring facts from the lives of freedom fighters, patriotic songs, Sanskrit poem recitation etc. In all 516 students of 18 schools of the district participated in the competition programmes. The participating students and teachers were served food packets during all the four days of the event.
The students felt blessed to receive their prizes from Srimat Swami Gautamananda ji Maharaj, Vice-President, Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission on 12 August 2022.
Mementos, books and certificates were given to the first, second and third position holders. All the other participants were given participation certificates and books on the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda.
