Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur in association with a small organisation conducted a Workshop on Naturopathy and Health on 10 April 2022. Dr K. Kalaimahal and her team conducted this workshop to create awareness of physical health through Asanas, proper exercises, breathing, meditation, and classical healing music.
