On 23rd and 24th August 2025, Ramakrishna Mission, Sribhumi, organized a Youth Convention and a Devotee Convention respectively. The programmes were blessed by the esteemed presence of Swami Achyuteshanandaji, Swami Tattwasarananda, and Swami Durganathananda.
On 23rd August, the Youth Convention was held with 250 students and 45 teachers in attendance. The programme featured speech, quiz, and singing competitions, with prizes awarded to the winners. The Swamijis addressed the gathering, offering guidance and encouragement to the youth. Scholarships amounting to ₹1,87,000 were distributed to 33 poor and meritorious students from 18 schools to support their education.
The Devotee Convention on 24th August was attended by about 310 devotees. The proceedings commenced with Vedic chanting, followed by readings from The Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna and devotional songs. The programme concluded with inspiring addresses by the visiting Swamijis, which were warmly appreciated by all.
Together, both conventions recorded an attendance of around 600 participants. The events were conducted smoothly in a spirit of devotion and dedication, leaving behind a serene and uplifting atmosphere.
