Distress Relief Service : Vadodara, April 2026

Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Memorial, Vadodara

In continuation of its commitment to humanitarian service, Ramakrishna Mission, Vadodara, conducted a distress relief programme on 17 April 2026. Recognizing the specific needs of the visually impaired community, the Ashrama organized a distribution of free ration kits to 20 blind families.

The distribution ceremony was held at the Ashrama premises, where each family received a comprehensive kit containing essential food items to support their nutritional needs. Each individual kit comprised the following items:

  • Wheat Flour: 10 kg
  • Rice: 3 kg
  • Pulses: 1.5 kg
  • Cooking Oil: 1 kg
  • Sugar: 1 kg
  • Salt: 1 kg
  • Tea Powder: 250 g
  • Turmeric Powder: 100 g
  • Chili Powder: 100 g
