On 18 January 2026, Ramakrishna Mission, Nabadwip, organized an excursion for approximately 150 students and teachers from its Free Coaching Centre, Gadadhar Abhyudaya Prakalpa, and Vivekananda Abhyudaya Prakalpa.
The group visited the Ashrama of Kapilananda Swami in Bhandartikuri, Purba Bardhaman, a serene location known for its lush greenery and flower gardens. Upon arrival, a resident monk cordially welcomed the students and shared the history of the Ashrama. The tranquil atmosphere provided an ideal setting for the students to practice concentration.
Following the visit, the participants gathered at a picnic spot set within a mango orchard, where they enjoyed various games and a delicious meal. The program was attended by several dignitaries, including:
