Ramakrishna Math, Chandipur successfully conducted flood relief operations from 19 to 24 August 2026 across the Bhagwanpur-I & II, Chandipur, and Patashpur-II Blocks of Purba Medinipur district, West Bengal. The operations covered a total of 46 villages, extending material assistance to thousands of flood-affected families across a wide rural belt.
The villages covered under the relief programme were: Sashiganj, Barahachandi, Baishabchak, Santrachak, Bhunia Barh, Kotebarh, Sibrambarh, Nandapur, Saripur, Iswarpur, Babuiya, Gourchak, Gomutha, Dikashimpur, Damodarpur, Ururi, Gazipur, Dibakarpur, Chak Patna, Gilakhali, Jalapi Part-I, Nankarchak, Purusottampur, Garberia, Payrachali, Dalbarh, Kulapara, Kotebarh, Khagda, Sultanpur, Kalikakhali, Abasberia, Ashutia, Gur Gram, Mahamadpur, Bata Chak, Sarberia, Mugberia, Dakshin Marishda, Disimulia, Chandankhali, Bamnichak, Baghadari, Khanjadapur, Baroj, and Narayanadri.
