A free eye medical camp was organized by Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Kailashahar on 12 April 2026 to serve the underprivileged sections of society. The camp was conducted at the ashrama premises in the presence of Dr. Suman Sarkar, an eminent ophthalmologist from Dhalai District Hospital, Tripura.
During the course of the medical camp, eye examinations were provided to 46 individuals belonging to marginal communities of the Kailashahar region. Special attention was given to those residing along the banks of the Manu River, ensuring that essential eye care services reached the most vulnerable and remote populations.
