Inauguration of Higher Secondary Laboratory Building of Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Narendrapur


The newly constructed Higher Secondary Laboratory Building of Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Narendrapur was inaugurated on Wednesday 12 February 2020 by Most Revered Swami Smarananandaji Maharaj, President, Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math. The inaugural meeting was held in Swami Lokeswarananda Auditorium.

Dr. Partha Chatterjee, Minister-in-charge, Department of Education, Govt. of West Bengal and Dr. Mahua Das, President, West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour respectively. A Sadhu Bhandara was organized in the new Laboratory Building. 196 Sadhus of different branch centres and Belur Math attended the inaugural meeting of the Bhandara. After the meeting, the members of the teaching and non-teaching staff of the Vidyalaya and the College also took lunch prasad. The multipurpose hall of the new building has been named after Swami Asaktanandaji Maharaj, the founder Headmaster of the Vidyalaya.
