The Most Revered Shrimat Swami Gautamanandaji Maharaj, President of the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, visited Ramakrishna Mission, Dibrugarh, from 7th to 11th May 2026. On 8th May, he inaugurated the Premananda Bhavan, a newly constructed Monks’ Quarters facility at the ashrama.
Following the inauguration, the President Maharaj presided over a public meeting (Dharma Sabha) attended by approximately 400 individuals. The gathering concluded with a sadhu bhandarah (community meal) and the distribution of prasada to participants.
The visit included interactions with ashrama residents and visitors, with the President Maharaj engaging in discussions on spiritual and service-related matters. The events reflected the ashrama’s ongoing efforts to support monastic life and community engagement.
