The inauguration of the newly renovated Kitchen Block and Dining Hall of Ramakrishna Mission, Davanagere, was held on Wednesday, 14 October 2026, in the presence of senior monks of the Ramakrishna Order.
The building was inaugurated by Swami Muktidananda ji, Adhyaksha, Ramakrishna Ashrama, Mysuru. The heads of the Karnataka centres were invited and attended the function.
Programme
A programme was held afterwards in the Prayer Hall, where the monks gave Ashirvachana. Swami Jitakamananda, Swami Nityasthananda and Swami Muktidananda ji addressed the gathering. Donors were felicitated in recognition of their contributions.
The formal programme concluded with Mahamangal Arati, followed by the distribution of Prasad. Devotees and volunteers took part in the programme.
