Humanitarian services in the form of medical camps were conducted by Ramakrishna Mission, Digboi, on 12 April 2026. These initiatives were organized to provide healthcare assistance to the local community.
Homeopathy Medical Camp
A homeopathy medical camp was organized on Sunday, 12 April 2026. The camp was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Ashis Kumar Kundu Nelli from the Morigaon district. During the session, a total of 10 patients (4 males and 6 females) were medically examined. Necessary homeopathic medicines were distributed to the patients according to the doctor’s prescriptions.
Free Allopathy Medical Camp
In addition to the homeopathic services, a free allopathy medical camp was also held on the same day, 12 April 2026. This camp was supervised by Dr. Arindam Ganguly of Sonari, Charaideo.
A total of 30 patients (9 males and 12 females) received medical consultations. Free allopathic medicines were provided to the attendees as prescribed by the medical officer. To further assist the patients, the centre has established a collaboration with a local clinical laboratory to ensure diagnostic services are available at a minimal cost.
