Thiru P. Venkataramanan, Hon’ble Minister for Food and Civil Supplies, Government of Tamil Nadu, visited Ramakrishna Mission Students’ Home, Chennai on 16 September 2026.
The visit was organised in connection with the formal presentation of bed sheets and carpets to the Students’ Home, donated by the Tamil Nadu Rice Mill Owners and Paddy Rice Dealers Association.
During the visit, the Hon’ble Minister spoke appreciatively of the Ramakrishna Mission Students’ Home, Chennai and its work in the areas of education and service. He recalled his long-standing personal association with the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission and acknowledged the organisation’s sustained contribution to education, character-building, and social welfare.
Swami Satyajnanananda and other monastics and dignitaries were present on the occasion.
