Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama, Garbeta, Dt. Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal, celebrated the National Youth Day and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, on 12 January 2022. The programme in the ashrama started by garlanding and arati of Swamiji’s statue and singing songs on Swamiji. Later Swami Gaurangananda, Secretary of the centre, delivered a speech on “The Message of Swami Vivekananda to the Youth of India”. Four student also spoke on Swamiji. A separate programme also held at Vivek More, Garbeta, where the local MLA and BDO offered flowers to Swamiji’s staute there. Three online programmes was conducted on this occasion for school students and for Garbeta College.
