National Youth Day 2023: Digboi

Ramakrishna Mission, Digboi celebrated National Youth Day 2023 in the light of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav on 12 January 2023. The centre organized a series of Art, Quiz, Singing, Recitation and Speech Competition from 25 December 2022 – 8 January 2023 among the students from schools in and around Digboi. We notified 21 schools to participate in the competition from which around 166 students participated. In the evening, a cultural program was arranged where Sri Monjit Borkakoti ADC, Tinsukia was present as Chief Guest, Sri Jayanta Mohanta, DDF, Tinsukia was present as Honourable Guest and Srimati Pranoti Roy (Ex. Principal VKV), Sri Shiv Upadhyaya (Head-Master, Digboi High School) were present as Honourable Guest Speakers. Prizes were distributed to the award winners from the different categories.
