Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Coimbatore, conducted five free medical camps in rural and tribal villages of Coimbatore District between 1 May and 25 May 2026. Organised in collaboration with leading hospitals and clinical institutions of the region, the camps brought specialist medical services directly to communities with limited access to healthcare. A total of 232 patients — comprising 98 males, 110 females, and 24 children — were examined and treated across the five camps.

Summary

The active collaboration of established medical institutions — KMCH Hospital, GKNM Hospital, BRJ Hospital, Ramakrishna Dental Hospital, and Dr. Vijaya Clinic — ensured that patients received quality professional care. Three of the five camps were conducted on the same date, 24 May 2026, demonstrating the capacity for coordinated, simultaneous outreach across multiple villages.
