On December 18, 2025, at 8:30 AM, a Special Camp dedicated to the Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana (SSY)—a significant public welfare scheme by the Government of India—was organized at the Swami Atmasthananda Bhavan Campus, Ramakrishna Mission, Nabadwip.
Dignitaries and Participants
The camp was graced by officials from India Post and senior members of the Ramakrishna Mission:
- India Post Officials: Sri Anup Biswas (Business Executive, Nadia North Postal Division) and Sri Mrityunjoy Ghosh (Branch Postmaster, Rudrapara B.O.), along with postal staff.
- Ramakrishna Mission Dignitaries: Swami Amareshwarananda (Secretary), Sri Sabyasachi Mondal (Vice-President), and Sri Sandip Pal (Assistant Secretary).
- Attendees: Guardians of girl students from various educational wings of the Ramakrishna Mission and other local schools.

- Account Opening: Several SSY accounts were opened on the spot, with many more guardians initiating the process by filling out the necessary statutory forms.
- Community Feedback: Attendees expressed high satisfaction with the initiative and recommended organizing similar camps in the future to facilitate financial literacy and welfare.
