A special program was organized at the Divyayan Krishi Vigyan Kendra (Ramakrishna Mission, Morabadi, Ranchi) on October 30, 2025, as part of the observation of Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 (October 27 to November 2, 2025).
The central theme of the program was “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” (सतर्कताः हमारी साझा जिम्मेदारी).
Proceedings and Key Speakers
The event was presided over by the Senior Scientist and Head of the Centre, Dr. Ajit Kumar Singh. Several scientists and staff members expressed their views on the occasion, including:

During their addresses, all speakers voiced concern over the growing trend of corruption and emphasized the importance of upholding honesty, transparency, and ethical values. They stressed that vigilance is not merely the responsibility of institutions but is the shared responsibility of every citizen.
Student Participation
The program saw the active participation of 38 students from the B.Sc. Vocational (Third Semester) course at RKMVERI University. The students contributed significantly by presenting their views and slogans on the consequences and solutions to corruption.
The program was efficiently conducted by Shri O. P. Sharma, who also administered the pledge to the participants.
