Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Visakhapatnam, conducted essay competitions for college students. 5840 essays were received from 152 colleges from northern Andhra Pradesh districts. All the participants were issued a certificate and two small books of Swamiji.
On 11 Sep 2019, a Youth convention to commemorate the 125th Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda’s Chicago address was organised by the Ashrama where about 1000 youth participated.
21 top rankers in essay contest were given prizes.
