Ramakrishna Math, Chennai, organised its Devotees’ Meet 2026 on 7 June 2026 at the Ramakrishnananda Hall, Mylapore. The programme witnessed the enthusiastic participation of more than 700 devotees, who gathered to deepen their spiritual lives and to strengthen their connection with the ideals of Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi, and Swami Vivekananda.
Programme
The proceedings commenced with Vedic chanting by the monks of the Math, setting a tone of sanctity and inwardness for the day’s events. This was followed by sessions on Prayer Mantras and Guided Meditation, which provided devotees with practical tools for deepening their personal spiritual practice.
The programme also included devotional singing and inspiring talks by senior monks on the significance of spiritual life and the role of Ramakrishna temples as centres of silent spirituality. A video presentation on the proposed Ramakrishna Math Centre at Rameshwaram was screened, offering devotees a glimpse of this forthcoming initiative of the Order in the sacred pilgrimage town.
Benedictory Address
The highlight of the programme was the Benedictory Address delivered by Most Revered Srimat Swami Gautamananda ji Maharaj, President, Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math. The address was received with deep reverence and devotion by all those assembled.

The programme concluded with the chanting of Ramakrishna Sharanam, leaving all participants spiritually inspired and uplifted.
