A half-day Youth Convention was organised by Ramakrishna Math, Pune at the Swami Vivekananda Auditorium on 12 September 2026, to celebrate Universal Brotherhood Day in commemoration of Swami Vivekananda’s historic first address at the World’s Parliament of Religions, Chicago, in 1893.
A total of 452 students and teachers from 6 institutions participated in the convention. Swami Srikantananda, Swami Buddhananda, and two other speakers addressed the gathering on the occasion. The proceedings concluded with a question-and-answer session.
All participants were served tea, biscuits, and lunch, and a book was distributed to each participant.
