During July and August 2026, Ramakrishna Math, Kolhapur, conducted a series of Values Education Programmes aimed at nurturing character, values, and holistic development among students and teachers. Four programmes were organised in three schools and one college, benefiting around 450 students. In addition, two special programmes were conducted for teachers, with the participation of 110 school teachers.

As part of its student welfare activities, the Math also extended educational support to students of two schools at Girgaon village in Kolhapur District. During July–August 2026, 792 notebooks, 145 compass boxes, 145 examination pads, 10 school dresses, and 114 copies of the book A Short Life of Swami Vivekananda were distributed among the students. Biscuit packets were also distributed.

These initiatives reflect the Math’s continued efforts towards value-based education, character building, and support for students from underprivileged backgrounds.
