On 27 March 2026, coinciding with Sri Rama Navami, Ramakrishna Math, Kanchipuram, donated an advanced medical instrument to the Government Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital, Kanchipuram. The donation consisted of a Vinno 6 Premium Echocardiogram Colour Doppler System, valued at 14 lakh.
The equipment was handed over during a ceremony organized by the hospital authorities. This government institute serves as a primary treatment center for cancer patients from across Tamil Nadu, as well as bordering regions of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. The diagnostic system will be utilized to determine the course of treatment for the large volume of patients who visit the facility daily.
