Revered President Maharaj is in Mysuru and will return to Belur Math on 2 August after visiting Bengaluru. Subsequently, he will visit Ichapur on 9 and 10 August, Malda on 13 and 14 August, and Pune, Pandharpur and Lonavala from 22 to 27 August.
Swami Suhitanandaji is scheduled to visit Barisha from 5 to 10 August, and Somsar and Bankura from 20 to 31 August.
Swami Bhajananandaji is in Vrindavan.
Swami Girishanandaji is in Delhi. He will visit Bhuj, Rajkot, Porbandar, Limbdi, Vadodara and Ahmedabad from 2 to 18 August, and Kamarpukur, Jayrambati and Ghatal from 23 to 31 August.
Swami Divyanandaji is scheduled to visit Purulia, Asansol and Durgapur from 1 to 10 August, Puri and Bhubaneswar from 13 to 17 August, Balaram Mandir from 20 to 22 August, and Sargachhi from 24 to 30 August.

News of Branch Centres in India
At Kankhal centre, Swami Suhitanandaji laid the foundation stone for the proposed extension to the nurses’ hostel building on 26 June, and installed photographs of Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda in the sanctum of Sri Ramakrishna Temple on 29 June, the sacred Snana Yatra day.
Revered President Maharaj consecrated the renovated sanctum of Sri Ramakrishna Temple at Kankurgachhi Math on 29 June.
In the annual convocation of RKMVERI (deemed university) held at Belur Math on 4 July, degrees and diplomas were awarded to 443 candidates from Belur main campus and off-campus centres in Narendrapur and Ranchi. Revered President Maharaj addressed the students. A pre-recorded video message of the General Secretary, who is also the Chancellor of the university, was played during the programme. Dr Sankar Das Gupta, an eminent scientist from Canada, was awarded Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa) for his remarkable contributions to science, technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy.
Swami Girishanandaji inaugurated the welcome gate of Darjeeling centre on 8 July.
Revered President Maharaj dedicated the newly built Sri Ramakrishna Temple at Dakshineshwar Math on 16 July, the holy Ratha Yatra day. Special worships, a public meeting, a procession and cultural events formed part of the programme, in which Swamis Suhitanandaji, Girishanandaji, Divyanandaji, Vimalatmanandaji, 415 other monastics and a large number of devotees participated.
Swami Divyanandaji inaugurated the newly constructed monks’ quarters building, named Brahmananda Bhavan, at Kailashahar centre on 21 July.
A new gym-cum-yoga building, named Swami Vijnanananda Dham, was opened at Hatamuniguda centre on 25 July.
The newly started degree college, named Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Mahavidyalaya, was inaugurated at Narainpur centre on 29 July, the auspicious Guru Purnima day.
A renovated senior monks’ quarters building at Almora centre, named Brahmananda Smriti Kutir, was dedicated on 31 May.
Hatamuniguda centre observed Vanamahotsav on 6 July by planting 200 saplings.
Revered President Maharaj inaugurated the World of Ceramic and Fusion Gallery in the Museum & Art Gallery Department of Gol Park centre, Kolkata, on 8 July.
On the sacred occasion of Jagannath Ratha Yatra in Puri, (i) Puri Math served lemonade and drinking water to 42,350 pilgrims from 16 to 24 July, and (ii) Puri Mission served lemonade to 10,800 pilgrims on 16 and 24 July. Ahmedabad centre served energy drinks and drinking water to 10,000 devotees who participated in the local Ratha Yatra festival on 16 July.
Awards and Recognitions
Our Rahara school was awarded the Ananda Shiksha Shrestha Samman award by ABP Ananda, a Bengali TV news channel. The school received a citation and a trophy at a function held in Kolkata on 4 July.
Both the Under-15 and Under-17 teams of our Narainpur school emerged victorious in the finals of the Subroto Cup State Football Championship, thereby qualifying for the Subroto Cup International Football Tournament to be held in Bengaluru and Delhi, respectively.
Our school in Viveknagar, Agartala, was presented with the Institutional Excellence Award by the University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya, on 18 July.
Also, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has adopted the school’s Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL). Consequently, scientists and engineers from ISRO will mentor the students and teachers in the school by encouraging experiments, brainstorming ideas and spreading awareness about outer space activities.
A student from our school in Aalo has secured the top rank in Arunachal Pradesh in NEET 2026. (NEET is a common National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for admission to undergraduate medical programmes.)

Values Education and Youth Programmes
The following centres held programmes mentioned against their names:
Almora: (a) Cultural competitions from 25 April to 3 May, in which a total of 1702 students from 39 schools of Almora district participated. (b) A values education seminar on 31 May, in which 50 students and teachers took part.
Balurghat: A youths’ convention on 30 June, in which 500 students from nearby schools and colleges took part.
Basavanagudi, Bengaluru: (a) Two values education programmes for youths on 18 and 23 July, in which a total of 265 students took part. (b) A special lecture on 25 July, which was attended by 80 students.
Chandipur: A youths’ convention on 5 July, in which 200 youths were in attendance.
Coimbatore Mission: Values education programmes on 1 and 25 July, in which a total of 182 students from three nearby schools participated.
Davanagere: A values education programme for youths on 7 July, in which 49 students from a nearby college took part.
Gurap: A two-day residential youths’ camp on 4 and 5 July, in which 26 youths took part.
Gurugram: (i) Eleven values education workshops in different parts of the country from 27 June to 18 July, in which a total of 371 teachers were in attendance. (ii) Four online values education programmes from 27 June to 18 July, in which altogether 72 teachers and corporate professionals took part.
Haripad: A values education programme on 4 July, which was attended by 153 students.
Jalpaiguri: Eight values education programmes in various schools of Jalpaiguri district from 3 to 24 July, in which a total of 1970 students and teachers took part.
Konampatti: Two values education programmes at two nearby schools on 2 and 10 July, in which a total of 450 students and teachers participated.
Raipur: Four personality development camps at four schools in Mahasamund and Khiragarh districts of Chhattisgarh on 30 June and 10 July, attended by a total of 1048 students and 105 teachers.
Rajkot: Sixteen values education programmes from 1 to 20 July, in which altogether 1372 students took part.
Shillong: A youths’ convention on 4 July, in which 300 students from 40 nearby schools were in attendance.
Swami Vivekananda’s Ancestral House, Kolkata: A teachers’ conference on 28 June, in which 225 teachers took part.
Thanjavur: Three values education programmes for students from 8 to 24 July, in which a total of 251 students from nearby schools participated.
Yadadri Bhuvanagiri: A motivational programme on 12 July, in which 90 youths took part.
Eye Camps and other Healthcare Services
The following centres conducted medical camps. A summary of the services provided by them is given below.
India:
Bankura: Eye camps from 27 April to 27 June: 936 were screened, 84 were operated on, and 141 were given spectacles.
Chennai Math: An eye camp in Chengalpattu district, with the help of Chengalpattu centre, on 28 June, in which 90 patients were screened; subsequently, 15 underwent cataract surgery at an eye hospital in Chennai, and 50 were given spectacles.
Coimbatore Mission: Eleven medical camps (1 dental, 4 eye and 6 general) in rural and tribal areas of Coimbatore district from 27 June to 26 July, in which a total of 699 patients were treated.
Dhaleswar, Agartala: Two medical camps in nearby areas on 4 and 11 July, in which a total of 248 patients were treated.
Gurap: An eye camp on 14 July, in which 28 patients were checked; later, 10 of them underwent cataract surgery at an eye hospital in Howrah.
Guwahati: A medical camp during Ambubachi Mela near Kamakhya Temple from 22 to 25 June, in which 5568 patients were treated.
Itanagar: (i) Two blood donation camps on 6 and 18 July, in which altogether 68 units of blood were collected. (ii) Two eye camps on 8 and 18 July, in which a total of 276 patients were screened; subsequently, 64 underwent cataract surgery at the ashrama’s hospital.
Jalpaiguri: An eye camp, in association with an eye hospital in Siliguri, on 26 July, in which 102 patients were checked, 22 of them underwent surgery, and 16 were given spectacles.
Jammu: Two medical camps on 1 and 11 July, in which a total of 380 patients benefitted.
Jhargram: A blood donation camp on 11 July, in which 25 people donated blood.
Konampatti: (i) Four medical camps from 5 to 26 July, in which a total of 137 patients were treated. (ii) Two eye camps, in association with an eye hospital, on 28 June and 26 July, in which altogether 174 patients were screened; of them 47 underwent cataract surgery at the hospital and 44 were given spectacles.
Lucknow: Eye camps in June: 4321 patients were examined, of whom 147 underwent cataract surgery and received spectacles.
Madurai: An eye camp on 19 July, in which 168 patients were screened. Of them, 56 were operated on for cataract in a local eye hospital, and 3 were given spectacles.
Manasadwip: (i) Conducted three eye camps in June and July, in which altogether 265 patients were treated. (ii) Arranged cataract surgery at an eye hospital for a total of 22 patients in June and July.
Naora: (i) Three health awareness camps from 15 June to 23 July; altogether 528 patients benefitted from the camps. (ii) Two Ayurvedic medical camps on 19 June and 16 July, in which a total of 181 patients were treated.
Narottam Nagar: An eye camp on 28 June, in which 75 patients were treated.
Nattarampalli: Two eye camps on 21 June and 19 July: a total of 290 patients were checked; of them, 173 were operated on for cataract in an eye hospital, and 61 were given spectacles.
Porbandar: An eye camp on 7 July, where 13 patients were checked; later on, 6 were operated on for cataract in an eye hospital.
Puri Math: A medical camp near the Gundicha temple in Puri on the occasion of Ratha Yatra, from 16 to 24 July, in which 630 patients were treated.
Rahara, Kolkata: A medical camp at Canning block, South 24 Parganas district, on 28 June, in which 456 patients were treated.
Rajamahendravaram: An epilepsy camp on 12 July, in which 607 patients were treated.
Rajkot: Two eye camps on 5 and 12 July, in which a total of 215 patients were treated.
Thanjavur: A medical camp on 19 July, in which 80 patients were treated.
Thirumukkudal: (a) A health awareness programme on 11 July, in which 140 parents and caregivers of children with disabilities took part. (b) An eye camp, in association with an eye hospital, on 26 July, in which 118 patients were checked; subsequently, 13 of them underwent surgery in the eye hospital, and 78 were given spectacles.
Viveknagar, Agartala: (i) Two dental cum health awareness camps on 30 June and 1 July at South Tripura district, by which a total of 318 patients benefitted. (ii) Two medical camps on 12 and 22 July at Narsingarh and Gomati districts, in which a total of 148 patients were treated.
Outside India:
Durban, South Africa: An eye camp at Pietermaritzburg, in association with another organization, on 19 July, in which 38 patients were treated.
